Taking the site into operation
Checking CMS, code, hosting, access and critical integrations. We compile a list of limitations and priority tasks. Having access to the admin does not yet mean readiness to safely update the site.
Website development
Technical support and refinement of sites
We maintain the functionality of the site and implement changes according to agreed priorities. We start by checking the existing project and its maintenance conditions.
Composition of the service
Solution under your task.
Support or development
Refreshing a form, updating a component, and creating a new cabinet are different tasks. We separate incidents, scheduled inspections, and functional improvements so that evaluation and priority are clear.
Validation before publishing
For changes, we agree on the test environment, the backup copy and the way to return to the previous state. We monitor critical routes: application, payment, order transfer and entry.
Regulations of appeals
We specify the channel for setting tasks, working hours, the person in charge, and the method of reporting. Response time, delivery time and emergency assistance are different conditions that are fixed separately.
